My favourite country

My favorite country

Mongolians, we are host of the greatest history. So I always boast for growing and birth in Mongolia. I think the Mongolians are stronger, pithy people.
2220 years ago from now, first empire named “Khunnu” was quaked the world and in 13th century, Mongolian name was recognized by Chinggis Khaan was conquered half of world too. After that time the Mongolians weren’t easy to live. First of 18th century, the Mongolians had been repression of Manj for 200 years. But the Mongolians battled them and result was getting independence in 1921. Also in 1990, Mongolians had democrat society country. That is one of history of Mongolia almost all.
We have glory, else from these too. The Mongolia is bigger territory of first 20 countries and lead in the world for cattle per human. We are under developed country, however we have together with footstep of the world’s developing.
Our country includes the most beautiful nature and lot of resources of mineral. Essentially we have to love and keep all of them.
Lastly, what can we do for our country? We must be good citizen, have a brave heart for country and have a high education each person in my opinion.
Mongoliais dominated by the Famous Gobi Desert.Nearly 10% is forest, mainly conifers in the northern region next to Siberia. Most ofMongolia is wide open ‘steppe’ grasslands in transition with the arid lands of the GobiDesert. The forests support wolf, wild boar, elk, moose, deer, caribou, antelope and brown bear. The steppes and forest margins support marmot, muskrat, fox, steppe fox and sable. Remote mountains support wild cats such as Remote mountains support wild cats such as lynx and snow leopard. Mongolia is the home of the wild ass, wild camel, and wild sheep and also nocturnal yellow gobi bears. The wild horse (takhi) is being reintroduced from captive herds abroad. Bird life is rich and includes golden eagle, bearded vulture and other birds of prey, while the 2,000 lakes are a magnet for water birds including storks and even herring gull and relict gull. The 2,000 lakes support 50 species of fish unique to Mongolia. Mongolia has 2.3 million people, and one of the lowest population densities in the world.

Celebrity(Naadam)

My favourite celebrity

The national holiday of Mongolia - the Naadam is Mongolia’s summer holiday.  Normally we celebrate this event on July the 11th through to the 13th.
The best ceremony is bringing out the banners and they start away usually in the government house. There is one big banner and 8 smaller ones. They are taken from the government house and taken to the stadium for all the celebrations. The brass band is played when the banners are taken to the stadium. That’s really, really thrilling music that’s when you are bringing out the banners and soldiers riding the horses looking great on the white horses.
During the Naadam national holiday, we enjoy the “Three manly games”, which are wrestling, horse racing and archery. So during the celebration at the stadium, we have 512 wrestlers this year. If they do not reach any conclusion, they are forced to choose what type of wrestling they prefer to achieve a result. Usually two wrestlers who have 8 wins each compete for the main prize of the holiday. And they go round the banners which are installed in the center of the stadium and then they go back and stay in two lines facing each other. From both sides trainers sing a kind of song saying all the titles of the wrestlers standing at the head of the lines and then they say that the wrestlers from each of the lines invite the opponents for a bout.
There are 2 venues of the national holiday celebration. One is the stadium and the other is Hui 7 Hudag, where the horses are and there were thousands of people and hundreds and hundreds of horses there. Usually little children ride racehorses. You see 5 and 6 year old children on top of Mongolian horses. Mongolian horses are small but children look very tiny on top of those horses.
Horses race in 6 age categories over different distances. The rules have been changed significantly. So riders must be now 7 or older and no communication facilities are allowed as mobile phones, so as to give directions or advice to horse riding children. It is also mandatory to have a saddle and protection for chest and knee of children jockeys. Riders must be ensured against accident and have parental permission. Also titles were given to children jockeys and songs of praise are sung to both the winner horse-trainers and horse-riders.

My favourite city

                                                          My favourite city
Many people have their favourite city. I also have my favourite one. It\'s called Ulaanbaatar. It\'s on the west coast of Mongolia . It is big. I was there two years ago. The city is big and very nice.
Most part of the town is modern and has got many historical buildings, for example the small towers or the Animal Museum. The most interesting and attractive place in the whole town is definitely \"Bohiin orgoo\". It is a massive, wooden construction going out towards city center. That construction is a basement to a large building. Everyone can find something interesting for themselves there. You can do really everything there, for example: take part in a car race, play on different gambling machines or play computer games etc .Ulaanbaatarhas also an old harbour. There are always many boats and, of course, a small light house.
The town is situated on the hilly area. There aren\'t many forests around. There are many shops in the town. Customers can buy good-quality things. For example I bought a t-shirt in one shop. I have been wearing it very often and washing it and it still looks like new.
It isn\'t an industrial city, so the air is very clean and if you want to keep fit you can go jogging on the promenade every day. But the best time for that is in the evening because then you can also admire the sunset and meet a lot of interesting people.
If you want to go somewhere for your holidays, go to Ulaanbaatar
